We’ll keep you updated via email while we complete your order, and we’ll send you a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can follow its journey directly to your door!
Depending on the type of order you place, we reserve 1-5 days to ship out your order. For all team orders with custom numbers and logo printing we reserve two weeks to complete and ship your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number. *Holidays may affect the timeline of you receiving your order.
You sure bet you can! During the checkout process, simply select which store you wish to pick up your order and we will contact you once your order arrives at the store.
Not to be alarmed. Your order might have been taken back with the courrier, or maybe a friendly neighbour has taken it for safe keeping. If you cannot find it, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will glady contact the shipping provider
Please contact us as soon as you realize with your order #! If your order has not been shipped out yet, we will update your address.
